I added some more marine life to the mural at the Edinger Medical Group last weekend. They asked me to continue the mural onto the bottom half of the reception door and add some more of our California state marine fish, the Garibaldi. While doing some R and D, I found that the fishes common name is a reference to the Italian military and political figure Giuseppe Garibaldi, whose followers often wore a characteristic scarlet or red shirt.

Today was the final day of the under overocean mural for EMG. If you are ever at the beach in HB, shoot on up Beach Blvd. and take a gander at all the marine animals on the wall. Here are some photos of what went down.

Go down to AOSA Project retail store and kill three birds with one stone. 1. See the mural 2. Purchase your gifts for the holidays and 3. Give back to your environment. Each company represented at the AOSA project store gives back in some way, shape or form to the community. Some companies plant a tree, some donate a percentage to a charity, and they have Toms shoes, who give one pair of shoes to a child in need for any pair sold. No matter what item you purchase you will make a positive difference somewhere. Go down to Hunting Harbor and ask them to tell you their story. They are located left of the Trader Joe’s entrance.

Home, and back in action… Thanks to Midnight Muncheez SB. I cruised up to SB for a couple days and did a little paint pushing. If your in the area, check out the new MM in Isla Vista. Good vibe sand some great grub. More photos to come..
I was painting my friends son, Kash’s room, and finally went back to do the finishing touches. Stoked on the outcome, and so was his dad. He loved the Humuhumunukunuku-a-Pua’a with the full on Fumanchu. I personally dig the clown fish. Enjoy.
So as promised, here are a couple of photos from Friday and Saturday’s surf and paint sessions. This whole weekend was full of inspiration and love. I can’t wait to have a moment to myself to vibe off of the photos and memories. Life is busy, which is great… but sometimes you need some time to reflect on the moments that make you live, and channel that passion into something creative. Here are some photos from the past weekend taken from our very own Walrus. Thank you Kyle, Seahorse and Walrus for an amazing weekend, can’t wait for the next one. Oh, and by the way…
The Walrus is Paul.

The Eiffel Tower has been relocated to little Arrows room, in Redlands. Here are a couple of photos from the last couple of days… i am trying to update daily, but if you need a fix of some good art and i haven’t come through, cruise over to Grass is Greener and take in the vibe.
A couple months ago, Br3tt, James, Baldulus and myself did some serious destruction on some panels for Tom’s shoes and the Active rideshop in Costa Mesa. The final outcome has been on display at the CAMP until Yesterday. Unfortunately, Baldulus couldn’t attend the second coming, but Br3tt, James, and I took an arsenal of muralizing weapons to Active Ride Shop Headquarters in Rancho Cucamonga, and kept the Baldulus spirit alive. I am pretty sure that no one there new what was about to go down… we came in quietly, but left a massive storm of art on there walls. This will be the first of more to come, we have got our sites on a new target in the Venice area. I will update you as soon as i gather more info. Until then, enjoy these pictures of our latest “working vacation.”
Enjoy.

My good friend Neil “Dilf” Edwards, got me a mural job a while ago. Found these photos while deleting files on my old computer. It was painted in a lunch room, where i don’t think anyone ever ate lunch. It was the most bland, and depressing room i have ever seen. Hence the muralization.
Enjoy.

I cruised out to Rancho Cucamonga on Monday with my muralizing partner, James “the Swede” Matter, to conquer some walls in the Hairjuku Salon. We painted till the early hours of this morning, surrounded by paint paraphernalia, the tunes of Bob Marley, and the beautiful women of HairJuku. I believe Jessie, the visionaire, was stoked o the final outcome… and so were we. I love dots.
James lovin’ the dots… and the lips.
