January 12, 2018See the Dusting Through the Lines
January 11, 2018We needed it; but I heard complaints. The weather is the master; naturally. I wasn’t ready. But I greet it; with open arms. Looking for the beauty between the lines.

January 8, 2018FMF,
Thank you for the invite. It was great to meet all the people that dropped by Camp Freedom. Good times and good vibes. I look forward to seeing you all again.
See you soon!

January 1, 2018Uprooted but still alive. An undecided way of life. Keep calm, and it will be fine. We must show patience to survive.

October 23, 2017My family love games. We also love animals. The following posts will be images from a game in the car. First, everyone thinks of an animal, then we combine them in a drawing.

Back to Joe’s
July 9, 2016I recently was given an opportunity to be rehired at Trader Joe’s, Redlands. Thanks Brina! I have the pleasure of getting an early start on the day by doing signs and other projects with the store 99 team. Here are a few chalk pen signs. Enjoy.

December 30, 2015Are you real? Are you true? Are you happy with what you do? Don’t hide. Just be you.

Actions speak louder than words.
December 28, 2015I have heard it before. A million times. Silence is indeed golden, so put your money where your mouth is. Be, live, and love.

November 8, 2015I participated in Maintenance Day at my son’s school over the weekend. An obligation I had signed up for, not knowing what to expect but not being overly thrilled with the idea of deep cleaning a preschool classroom. To my pleasure I arrived to chewy Quaker granola bars and all smiles from the teachers and other parents. My tasks were not at all what I had imagined. Changing light bulbs, cleaning fish tanks, hanging a paper maché hammerhead shark, repainting a chalkboard sign, and the last job being the cake on top. Drawing with chalk on the playground tricycle garage.

November 7, 2015Life is ever flowing. It is easy to bypass the details and get lost in the rat race of society. Life is what’s around you. Take a breath, slow down and let it be. Just be. Appreciate what is, and find comfort in the fact that you are alive. Feel it, all of it. Life’s peaks and troughs are definite. It’s all about the journey.
Here are some moments caught while in the flow.

Muralize it
October 2, 2015I added some more marine life to the mural at the Edinger Medical Group last weekend. They asked me to continue the mural onto the bottom half of the reception door and add some more of our California state marine fish, the Garibaldi. While doing some R and D, I found that the fishes common name is a reference to the Italian military and political figure Giuseppe Garibaldi, whose followers often wore a characteristic scarlet or red shirt.
Muralize it continued.

Edinger Medical Group completed
September 7, 2015Today was the final day of the under overocean mural for EMG. If you are ever at the beach in HB, shoot on up Beach Blvd. and take a gander at all the marine animals on the wall. Here are some photos of what went down.
More photos to come.
